Patrick Watson bought Utility Trailer of Dallas, Inc. in December of 1991. Utility Trailer of Dallas, Inc. was a small trailer on Irving Blvd.

New Trailers
We are authorized distributors for Utility Trailer Manufacturing Co. (reefers, dry vans, flatbeds) and Clement Industries (steel & aluminum end dump trailers).
Used Trailers
We buy and sell all types of new and used reefer, dry van, flatbed, and end-dump semi-trailers.
Parts
We carry premium OEM and aftermarket parts for all truck and trailer manufacturers. Our goal to stock the right parts, in the right quantity, at the right price, at the right time.
Service
We have a 15-bay service trailer repair shop staffed with knowledgeable mechanics and provide a multitude of services at competitive prices.

Our History
1996 - 1998
In 1996 we bought new property on I-20 and Bonnie View.
In 1998 we broke ground on a new dealership in August.
1999
April 1999 brought the grand opening of our 2 bay Parts Department, 6 bay Service Department, and acres of land for trailer sales
2002
Expanded our 6 bay Service Department to 10 in August
2004
Added the Clement dump trailers to our line. We are consistently one of the Top 5 dealers in the country

He was an employee and dear friend for 22+ years. He will always have a special place in all of our hearts

Joined our company in January of 1993 and retired just last year (2022). He has been a key part of our company for almost 30 years. He will be missed and remembered by the Utility family.
